Tokyo Disneyland!
Today we visited the corporate site for Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Sealand resort. What was really fun was enjoying the park like all the other customers. It was a really good experience, and a fun one! I have not been to a Disney park resort, so the Tokyo location was my first visit to a Disneyland.
I was surprised to see how much western culture and even language. Many of the employees knew English well enough for the average tourist who speaks English to get by with ease. What was really interesting was when a couple Japanese students approached one of us in our group and asked if they could talk with them for a school project. Then later in the day we had a group of Japanese students ask if we could take a group photo together! Fun stuff.
The day could not have been better, it was all around a great day. While in our visit at corporate site we learned about Disney's plan to market towards female adults. When going to Tokyo Disneyland I began to see that what they mentioned was true, mostly female attendees. What I enjoyed most was the shopping selection. Also it was a very big place so just walking around to see the different places was really fun and exciting. We were able to see two different parades while here! One in the daylight for their Easter celebration, and one in the evening for their Dream Lights parade.
