I am privileged with the opportunity to study abroad in JAPAN this summer! The study abroad program is from May 9-25th. This 17 day experience will be with 15 other students. I am very excited and the more I learn about Japan the more excitement I anticipate.
The purpose of this blog is to track my travels as my group and I explore and discover Japan for ourselves. (Professor Sarah Singer has facilitated this study abroad trip for the past four years, so we are in great hands.) We will have a busy schedule for the two and a half weeks so I can imagine it being fun-filled and exhilarating. Something that I do not want to go by so fast, therefore it is important that I reflect on the things that I experience and encounter. This blog is something that I will do while in Japan, and then be able to look back upon it throughout the rest of my life.
